Paul, Todd, Matt, Renee & GretaIt turned out to be a beautiful day! It was great meeting everyone for the first time and comparing stories, websites, blogs, kb's and sharing time in the sunshine! It was truly fun to share my knowledge and skills with other kettlebell enthusiasts. Paul did great with his swings and working on taming the arc on his cleans. I was surprised to learn that it was Greta's first time doing TGU's and her form was spot-on. She is definitely a quick learner. The kids played while we worked. We ended with an awesome swing work-out. We hope to have more people turn out for the next meeting...date yet to be determined. However, with the short notice prior to this initial meeting, we can't complain. We are currently working on setting up indoor dates for meetings throughout the winter months (East & West). Stay tuned!!!
