The 2nd meeting went well today

We meet at Dynamic Fitness group and had a great class. Renee, Matt and I were there teaching and Renee led a great group workout.

It was great meeting all the other members of the CKC.

No meeting in December, stay tune for the location, date and time for the meeting in January.

Sunday we will be having our 2nd meeting

2nd meeting this Sunday.

I hope everyone can come out and have some fun. Look forward to seeing old friends and making some new ones.
